I found this cool little app for Windows called Launchy which acts as a text based application launcher.
If you don’t know what I’m talking about download Launchy and try it out.

Up until now I’ve been using Find and Run Robot” which whilst functional doesn’t seem as slick as this Launchy app. Plus Find&Run will eventually conk out and ask for a donation (which I’ve already donated – good idea on their behalf I suppose).

It’s still not as sophisticated (and let’s face it, as aqua cool) as Quicksilver, but that’s ok since most of the time when I’m on a Window’s machine I just want to play a game anyhow.
