House Trapped in Time
I had a nice little walk last Friday and found this old house that seemed to be stuck in the past.

Which is quite strange in a modern city like Brisbane.
Flooding in Greenslopes
Lot’s of lightning, wind and water hit last night. Had a bit of a walk this morning and there was nice green presents everywhere.

Among the wreckage I found a few bottle of booze and a Ryobi drill set.
And boy oh boy was that water in the storm way moving fast.
Negativity begets negativity
Packing the car this morning for a three hour trip to Yamba I noticed outside the carport my motorcycle was knocked over, lying on its side…
Rather annoyed, I go oberve the damage and curse. Some stupid bastard had backed into it and driven off. My bike is a “naked” one, so the damage was cosmetic. Still, i’ve never dropped it and annoyed that it’s got unnessecary battle scars.
Pushed for time, I roll it into a secure park and run back into the house.
Fuming that my bikes been damaged and in a hurry(huff?) to go I throw my bike keys ok the table with perhaps a wee more force then required and CRACK.
Well done JB. That nice 24″ monitor you’ve had for 3 years without a scratch isn’t quite as perfect now…..
SIGH.
Bottom line, negative moods will just put you in a worse position then you were when it began.
Better off letting of steam before throwing keys at expensive monitors.
